Star Platinum Over Heaven is the heaven ascended version of Star Platinum. It can only be obtained through events or buying the SPOH pack in the offers. Jotaro gained this stand while fighting Heaven Ascension DIO, and the same type aspect of the stands came into effect yet again, giving Star Platinum the ability to overwrite reality, however the stand still looked the same as regular Star Platinum, and was only an ability change. It also has a gold colored skin which can only be bought at the moment for 399 Robux.
SPOH is currently obtainable very rarely in Stand Arrows.
This stand can be enchanted up to 3 times, with its damage increasing by 5% each time with a max of 15%.
Abilities:
[Click] Basic Attack
Very high damage punches with high speed.
[Q] Lightning Ora (Level 30, 11 second recharge, Cost 20 Stamina)
SPOH does a high damage barrage that stuns enemies hit by the punches. Lightning strikes around the user while the barrage is happening, and does very high damage if it hits the enemy.
[E] Heal Punch (Level 60, 6 second recharge, Cost 20 Stamina)
SPOH punches the user, striking them with lightning and healing 40% of their HP.
[R] Teleport (Level 100, 3.5 second recharge, Cost 60 Stamina)
SPOH teleports the user to the location of the cursor.
[F] Time Stop (Level 110, 35 second recharge, Cost 60 Stamina)
SPOH stops time for 9 seconds, freezing everyone in its range except for allies, itself, and players with Beyond Time passive stands.
[C] Lightning of Destruction (Level 130, 12 second recharge, Cost 50 Stamina)
SPOH strikes lightning onto itself, then directs the lightning to all enemies in its range.
[Passive] Beyond Time
SPOH can move in other players' stopped time.
