Yoshikage Kira is a boss that spawns in Morioh.
You have to be level 350+ to earn rewards from the fight. Click C in front of the door of his house to enter the fight.
It is recommended that you have a very high damage stand or have a friend help you. He attacks by setting bombs and blowing them up, and by punching you with Killer Queen. Before setting off a bomb he will run away from you to do it from a distance, so that gives you a warning that you should dash away so you don't get hit by the bomb although it can be easily avoided if you just keep moving. He has to be killed in under 45 seconds to be defeated, otherwise he will rewind like Killer Queen Requiem and have to be killed again. He will almost always rewind the first time and will keep rewinding until killed in the time limit. Gold Experience Requiem and Gold Experience Over Heaven can ignore the rewind by using Revert to Zero right before killing him, as it will cancel his rewind. Killing him in stopped time also prevents him from using his rewind.
He is also part of a Special Quest where you kill him 100 times for the Kira Diary.

First Bomb:
Kira will use Killer Queen's ability to set a bomb, and running away to set it off at a distance. You can avoid this by rolling away before he can explode the bomb or by stunning him before he gets a chance.
Bites The Dust:
Kira is able rewind time when he is killed. This happens if he has been alive for more than 45 seconds before being killed. This ability can be stopped with a very well timed Revert to Zero from GER or GEOH, or by killing him in stopped time.
